Install the Telegram app from the Google play store or the Apps store.

Lunch the app and click on start Messaging.

Allow the location, receive calls and messages permission.

Input your phone number.

Click on the checkmark to receive the phone verification code.

Open the message containing the code, copy it, and paste it into the respective section.

You are now logged in to your Instagram account. Click on the Allow syncing contacts and media when the prompt runs on your screen.
